User Website Access Request

Becoming a registered website user is the first step in joining the CJMTK community. Registered users have access to the Requirements area, Reference Implementations, Documents, and the Help Desk. To apply for CJMTK software, see the "Applying for CJMTK Software" link below. To obtain download access to CJMTK software see, "User Download Access" below.

Persons interested in obtaining access to the CJMTK website must go to http://www.cjmtk.com, and click the link entitled How do I Register? Complete the registration application and submit the request for verification. The application is sent to the appropriate Engineering Support Group (ESG) Representative and to the government sponsor designated on the form. Please note that only individuals with a .mil extension in their e-mail address may act as a self-sponsor. All other persons MUSThave a designated government sponsor. Once the government sponsor and the ESG representative have verified a submitter’s request, the CJMTK program office will approve the submitter for website access only . Submitters will receive an automated e-mail notifying them of the status of their request. Once the submitter’s request has been “Approved”, a username and password will be sent to the submitter via e-mail.

IMPORTANT: You CANNOT obtain access to CJMTK segments via the website access registration application. However, in order to obtain access as download personnel for a designated system, you must FIRSTobtain access to the CJMTK website.

Applying for CJMTK Software

The first step in applying for CJMTK Software is to contact your Engineering Support Group (ESG) representative to determine the current status of your system. The approval criteria for systems is outlined in the Toolkit Licensing Options brief. Individuals submitting a system approval request must be a registered user, have a .mil or .gov extension to their email address, and be a designated government sponsor.

IMPORTANT : Persons interested in obtaining access to CJMTK software must, 1) have an approved website access account; 2) have a .mil or .gov extension to their e-mail address, and 3) must be a designated government sponsor.Only persons that fulfill these requirements will be able to access the CJMTK System Questionnaire, which is used to determine a systems’ approval status.

To apply for CJMTK Software, go to www.cjmtk.com and login using your username and password. Once you have logged into the website, click on the link entitled “Apply to be apart of the CJMTK Toolkit License Approved Community”. The CJMTK System Questionnaire will appear and the submitter will need to complete the application. After completing the application, click the “verify application” button at the bottom of the page. Once the application has been verified and submitted, the CJMTK Program Office will review the application. Please note submitting an application does not guarantee that a system will be approved for CJMTK software.

Following the review of the application, the submitter will receive an e-mail notifying them of the status of their request.Please read the e-mail carefully, if an application is deemed “Incomplete” the submitter will have an opportunity to revise and resubmit their application. The application will be reviewed again and the submitter will receive an automated e-mail notifying them that the system is “Approved” or “Invalid”. If a system is deemed “Invalid”, a submitter will be unable to access CJMTK software via the CJMTK website and will need to request information regarding the CJMTK EUC and FMS licensing options from their ESG representative.

User Download Access

The first step to gain download access is to become a registered user, see "User Website Access" above. The second step is to be associated with an approved system. If you are unsure if the system you are working with is part of the CJMTK Approved Community, please contact your Engineering Support Group (ESG) representative.

IMPORTANT : Any persons requesting download access, must first register for a website access account. Only users working with an approved system may be given download access. If you are unsure if the system you are working with is apart of the CJMTK Approved Community, please contact your ESG representative.

Persons requesting access as a download user must have their government sponsor contact the appropriate Engineering Support Group (ESG) Representative via e-mail. The government sponsor must validate/confirm that a user has been designated for download access, and the e-mail must include the following information for the designated download user:

  • Name
  • Organization
  • System
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Fax

Once the ESG representative receives confirmation from the designated download user’s government sponsor, he/she will notify the CJMTK program office. Once the CJMTK program office approves the request, the user will be notified via e-mail that he/she has download access.

System Information Updates and Revisions

Please submit any requests for change in personnel to the appropriate Engineering Support Group (ESG) representative or the CJMTK HelpDesk at cjmtkhelpdesk@ngc.com .

IMPORTANT : A person should NOTresubmit a CJMTK System Questionnaire in order to update or revise System information.

A government sponsor or program manager must submit requests for updates and/or revisions of a System’s information via e-mail to the appropriate ESG Representative

Resubmission of Legacy Systems

A legacy system is one that has been previously registered with CJMTK. NOTE: All persons interested in obtaining CJMTK software for their system must first contact the appropriate Engineering Support Group (ESG) representative to determine the current status of the system."

IMPORTANT:All persons interested in obtaining CJMTK for their system should first contact the appropriate Engineering Support Group (ESG) Representative.

An ESG Representative will be able to identify the current status of your system and if additional information is needed. If a system is currently listed as “Incomplete”, the ESG representative will request the system provide a point of contact. This information should be provided to the ESG Representative via e-mail and should include:

  • POC Name
  • Organization
  • System
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Fax
  • Government Sponsor

The ESG Representative will add the POC information to the System’s record. Then the designated POC for that system must apply for website access. Please see “Requests for Website Access” for more information. Once the submitters request for website access has been verified by the ESG Representative and the CJMTK Program Office, the submitter will receive an automated e-mail notifying them of their username and password. The POC will then have access to that System’s CJMTK System Questionnaire.

After completing the application, click the “verify application” button at the bottom of the page, and follow the directions given. Once the application has been verified and submitted, the status of the System will change from “Incomplete” to “Submitted”. The CJMTK Program Office will then review the updated application. Please note submitting an application does not guarantee that a system will be approved for CJMTK software.
